CADDO PARISH 9-1-1 COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT

SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) is currently accepting letters of interest and resumes` for the position of Office Manager. This is an administrative position assigned to the Executive Director of the Caddo Parish 9-1-1 Emergency Reporting System.

Applicants must be knowledgeable in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite products and other software systems including QuickBooks and Asset Keeper. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: general bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable; maintaining payroll records and fixed asset records, purchasing, and coordinating facility maintenance service providers including HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. The Office Manager must attend and record monthly board meetings and develop meeting minutes for publication. This position requires a person with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
